It's getting late. It is really midnight because tonight we move our clocks forward. Working late. I'm going to bed! Jay stayed up and worked a little longer!
The sheetrock is getting patched. The ceiling is on so it is not so cold downstairs and the furnace isn't running nonstop now. That should really help the bill next month. 
The counters won't stay clean for long. I'm sure I'll have sheetrock back on them again!!

Holy Cow!! You guys always did have great projects going. That is looking incredible ... tons of work. Jay is awesome. Can't wait to see it all finished! So glad you posted this.
